Our Policies & FAQS
Using the "Time to Pet" App
Following your completion of our onboarding process, for scheduling services we use an app called “Time To Pet". There you will be able to track your dog's walks, receive communications, and pictures/video updates as well.
Booking & Scheduling
Services are booked through “Time To Pet”. A completed intake form is required prior to scheduling any services. A meet and greet is recommended before day of service. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7am-8pm (with the exception of certain services needed before or after this time, which can be discussed).
Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please provide notice as early as possible and no later than 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% fee. Except in the case of certain emergencies, cancellations made within 2–4 hours of the scheduled service or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Dog Handling & Safety
A maximum of three dogs can be walked at one time, only if all dog parents agree and I have confirmed your pet is friendly with other dogs. All dogs must remain on leash unless prior approval has been given. If your dog requires a muzzle, please ensure it is either on before arrival or provide guidance during the meet-and-greet on the proper way to apply it. If your dog is anxious or reactive, I will avoid other dogs, and high traffic areas to ensure your pup has a stress free walk. From start to finish I will check in, reassure, and provide any adjustments to insure that the walk is a positive experience for your fur baby.
Health & Vaccination
All pets must be up to date on vaccinations, with special attention to puppies. Any medical conditions must be disclosed, and detailed. medication instructions must be clearly provided in the intake form. In the circumstance your pet needs to be provided medication for certain services please be sure to provide detailed information about any medications that need to be administered in the intake form.
Emergency & Veterinary Care
In the event of an emergency or injury of your pet, owners will be notified immediately. If the owner is unavailable, the designated emergency contact will be reached for further instructions. Emergency contact details and veterinarian information are required on the intake form to ensure your pet receives prompt care. Our intake form requires your veterinarian’s information to ensure there are no delays in getting your pet the care they need.
Home Access
A key, access code, or lockbox will be required to access your home. All access information is kept strictly confidential, handled with the utmost care, and will never be shared without your explicit permission. Your comfort and security are a top priority.
Photo & Media Consent
Permission to use photos and videos of your pet will be requested in the intake form. Participation is completely optional, and choosing not to consent will never affect the care your pet receives.
