  • Messages sent through Time To Pet, our Google Forms intake, the Wix contact form, email, text, or other channels

We do not request highly sensitive identifiers such as Social Security numbers or bank account numbers through our forms, and we ask that you do not submit this type of information.

To provide safe and tailored pet care, we collect information about your pets, including:

• Pet name, species, breed, age, and sex

This information is typically stored within Time To Pet (your client profile and pet profile) and may also appear in our internal records.

When you use our Time To Pet client portal or mobile app:

• You can create and manage your client and pet profile, request services, view visit reports, and pay invoices. 

• Time To Pet collects and processes data on our behalf, including client and pet details, scheduling information, messages, and billing-related information.

1.4 Information Collected via Google Forms

Our initial intake form is built using Google Forms, a tool provided by Google. When you complete the intake form:

• Your responses (contact details, pet information, service preferences, etc.) are collected and stored in Google’s infrastructure as part of the form response. 

• Google may also collect technical information (such as IP address) as described in the Google Privacy Policy.

We configure our Google Forms not to request highly sensitive personal identifiers (for example, Social Security numbers or bank account numbers), and we ask that you do not provide such information in free-text fields.
